We ask all members / potential members to our program to please review our terms of service thoroughly. Because of the nature of our business (we are digital information) it's very easy for a new member to get the content digitally and then try to commit fraud against us by having their bank issue a chargeback.

In our terms of service it clearly says: "Paid Services. The use of certain Services may be subject to payment of particular fees, as determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion (“Paid Services” and “Fee(s)“, respectively). ZO will provide notice of such Fees that are then in effect in relation to such Paid Services. If you wish to receive or use such Paid Services, you are required to pay all applicable Fees in advance. You acknowledge and agree that all Paid Services are non-refundable."

So in a typical situation, no, we will not issue a refund unless there is evidence of outright fraud or some other wrongdoing.
